All orders ship from the United States within 1 business day for orders placed Mon-Fri before 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

Only we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee return & refund policy. Contact our Customer Support team within 30-days after you received the product. We will provide a return shipping label. Shipping and handling costs will be automatically deducted from the total. The refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive the product. 

We only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. for more information contact our customer service for special delivery options.
