We believe in having a balanced diet.

We put together a clean healthy plan that can be good for the general public. If you have a medical condition, consult with your doctor before starting our products. 

When it comes to diets there are may opinions, this is because our body biology is different, and what is good for you, can be bad for me. We tried to make a diet that is simple and easy to follow. Just remember if your goal is body building, this is a very specific diet and you must speak with a body builder trainer specialized in this type of bodies.

OUR PLAN

Our health plan is recommended for 3 months. It consist of a low-purine diet, juicing, mindfulness and exercising. 

Low Purine Food: Purines make up over half of the base of DNA and RNA and are converted to uric acid when cells break down. Some individuals' kidneys do not process uric acid normally, leading to uric acid build-up and painful, arthritis-like swelling. All foods contain some level of purines. A low-purine diet involves limiting foods with high purine content, typically animal proteins such as meats and certain seafood. We just consider this.

Juicing: Eat clean, Live Clean. We included juicing as a natural treatment to help you heal as we activate the body's ability to do such tremendous work. We specifically selected juices that will: 1- help burn fat 2- help with your mind 3- help you get rid of toxins. Juicing should be part of our daily life. We will give you tips on Coffee enemas and other supplements... this therapy was inspired by Max Gerson Therapy in which Nancy Berry studied at the Gerson Institute.

Mindfulness: 90% of our weight gain is due to hormonal issues, like high cortisol which is related to stress. Here we will briefly learn the art of understanding our mind and body and practice a method to a further healing. 

Exercising: if you do not do at least 30 min Exercise a day your metabolism wont accelerate. We will recommend some exercise you can do so join our facebook group community.
